Dealing with hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is not what most people want to deal with on a daily basis. You should be able to enjoy a walk in the park or a quick stroll to your neighborhood grocery store without looking like you just climbed out of a swimming pool. Sure everyone sweats, especially when it is hot, but most people don’t have sweat running down their sides in rivulets.
Just imagine walking into a store crowded with people and reaching for a box of cereal on the top shelf. The moment you raise your hand over your head everyone seems to be staring at the huge sweat spot. It is so embarrassing to have huge sweaty patches under your arms.
Not only do you have to worry about people seeing these huge wet areas, you also have to be concerned with the smell. The more you sweat, the more chance there is of having a good case of body odor. Once your underarms start to smell, a shower and a new shirt is the only way of getting it to go away. This pretty much can ruin your night out on the town.
Many of you have tried all the latest antiperspirants, but to no avail. You end up still sweating. In order to try to stop sweating, you carry your deodorant around with you. Everyday you need to make four or five trips to the bathroom to clean under your arms and reapply deodorant.
Maybe you try to hide the sweaty spots. Wearing black shirts is popular because it makes the sweat rings harder to see. Extra t-shirts are another way to hide the sweat. But eventually you sweat through the shirts, too. You end up carrying one or two extra t-shirts around with you.
You need to find an all natural plan to stop sweating. It is not enough to use antiperspirants, because eventually they are going to wear out. It might be 2 hours or it might be 6 hours for a strong prescription deodorant. Hiding the sweat is not going to work simply because you will get tired of always wearing the same kinds of clothes.
