The results of voting placed him second.He was elected as chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC Independent Television Company RTSTogether with Alexey Pimanov, Medvedev is the founder of one of the largest broadcasting companies in the country Ostankino, which creates the content for the first and other federal channels in Russia. He is serving as the chairman of the board of directors for Ostankino since 2003.In 2013, Medvedev tried himself as an actor, playing the role of himself in the short television series “Vangelia”.
