One of the least expensive and enjoyable ways to celebrate an event can be accomplished by the simple yet effective Birthday Party Balloon.

Teams are made by dividing the party guests (more than two teams will work fine). Each team is handed a few bags of Birthday Party Balloons and a bag that contains a large shirt and pair of pants, for the scarecrow.
Each team chooses a person in their group to be the scarecrow and put on the clothes, the rest of the team will be blowing up the Birthday Party Balloons. When the “referee” says “GO !” each team begins to blow up the Birthday Party Balloons and the designated Scarecrow pulls on the large clothes. Once the Scarecrow is “dressed”, team mates begin to stuff the inflated Birthday Party Balloons in the shirt and pants as fast as they can. Some Birthday Party Balloons will pop. After a predetermined period of time has expired, everyone must stop stuffing balloons in the Scarecrow.
The winning team is the one that has the most Birthday Party Balloons stuffed into the Scarecrows clothing. No need to pull the balloons out from underneath the clothing…you simply use a long hat pin to pop each one while everyone counts. If playing with adults, some balloons in the shirts aren’t popped until last. Your volunteer goes from looking like the Michelin Man to a well developed Barbie doll. (One warning, the scarecrow should have clothing that covers most of their skin because when the Birthday Party Balloons are popped it can sting bare skin.) To play this game with kids under 8, however, the balloons can be inflated for them and poured all over the floor.

-Give each child one Birthday Party Balloon filled with air. When you start your theme music, the object is for your party guests to keep their own balloon in the air using only their head.
